I have stayed here many times but on this trip was very disappointed that we were asked for an add on early check-in fee when we arrived off our plane in the morning yet when we came on an earlier visit and did not arrive until 1 a.m. in the morning we still paid full price. Mid afternoon check in times are not suitable in this day & age for hotel bookings. Likely to look for another place in the future due to no give and take from the hotel which is very disappointing as we've been staying here for near on 8 years

Kozy is clean, safe, secure and has all basic amenities. It's far from the city center but they have amazing long-term rates if you are looking for a month or more. The staff are all lovely and always have smiling faces. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player (lots of DVDs to rent), air conditioning and a full bathroom and outdoor kitchen sink area. The only downfall is there is no kitchen and the laundry service is more expensive than other places, however, there is an outdoor laundry area about a 5 minute walk away that is only 10 baht though! I wouldn't stay here if I was only in the city for a short-term stay but if you're looking for a low-key area that is out of the hustle and bustle of the city this is your place! Some people said the wifi is good, I would have to disagree, it often doesn't get to my room strong enough (room 411) and I've had to go into the hall a few times.

I love hidden gems like this -- especially in a part of Bangkok that's starved for decent yet sensibly priced places to stay. Our room in this relatively new hotel is immaculate and spacious. The bathroom is spotless. Big flat-screen TV. Free, fast Wi-Fi. Security features made me feel OK to leave my laptop in the room. And at roughly thirty bucks American, this is one of the best lodging values I've found in Bangkok. Mind you, Kozy Inn is well outside the tourist zone and a little hard to find, but that's fine for us -- we're here to visit my wife's family in nearby Bang Khae. Also, no complimentary breakfast or swimming pool. But that's fine, too -- we're only here for a safe, clean, comfortable place to lay our heads between family feasts. Kozy Inn is our new place to stay when visiting the in-laws. We will be back, most definitely.

booked here as needed to be close to partners family. is out of the tourist belt, but only an hour by taxi and bts to city markets. hotel very new and was quiet when there with not many guests. rooms are of a good size, clean, good bathroom and a/c. though not used much tv, has no english channels, but rooms have great free wi-fi, and plaenty of secured parking if you have a vehicle. all in all a good place to stay, but location not great for tourists who want to be in the tourist area, plus no dining or ameneties at hotel.

Kamar di sini sangat bersih, semua kelihatan baru, lengkap sama wifi, ac, kulkas, flatscreen, coffeemaker...ada balcony juga... lokasi sedikit jauh dari kota, tapi ada bus langsung, nomor sembilan, juga ada mall dan supermarket di area ini
